ACL for plugin?

So i understand i can use slider from my main store and put sliders on many stores, but the plugin does not appear in the other stores menu, i notice that general tracking and Smart Campaigns plugins appear in other store menus, can slider also appear in other store menu, and if not what will happen if we upload it to seperate store, will there then be to Fox menus in that store ?

I guess own ACL is better for wherver possible

I added own ACL permition "Manage Sliders" for Slider plugin.
