Upload Amazon feed

Hi,
we bought your FeedManager plug-in for NopCommerce (4.00).
We are not seeing Amazon's feed publish on Amazon. How does the xml uploading works? Is it automatic or manual?

Amazon don't allow to upload feed in automatic mode now.
Several year I saw the tool for it but I tries to find it an I couldn't it.

I saw external utility for it.
