Wrong place of script.

Hi Team,

This email is about Enhanced E-commerce Plugin; I was trying to verify Google Webmaster via Tag Manager then got the error.
When I checked in view source, the code was actually in a wrong place.

+ fixed bug "Google Pagespeed Tools" moved tracking code to botton of the page.
+ moved 'noscript' block after BODY tag
