Simple Checkout - Customizing the order summary

I followed the instructions here https://www.foxnetsoft.com/documentation-nopsimplecheckout#q2 to add a custom template for the general OPC template by adding it to the templates.xml, and I wanted to do the same for the order summary, but the dedicated field to select the custom template is missing form the config page.

Is there a way to customize the order summary shown in the OPC, other than via css? I wanted to simplify it and it would be cleaner via template.

You could copy the file
SimpleCheckout/OrderSummary.cshtml
in your theme folder and the plugin will load it from this new place.
The plugin tries to load cshtml files from the theme folder (the subfolder SimpleCheckout).
Please do it and write to me about the result.

You could create the own template for each theme.
