feed manager g:shipping is forced why?

Into the feed, feed manager forces g:shipping, as I understand it takes this directive from the rule "free shipping above XX EUR".

Can I adjust the plugin don't work with this directive?

I tried a second solution, to add the shipping_country, but it seems does not work.

Nopcommerce version is 4.30.  Can you help?
