Markup language bug?

On the request for quote plugin, is there a way to have it so it does not send HTML in the text box, so in the email it doesn't have the markup language like shown below?

From: John Smith
Email: admin@yourStore.com
Phone: 435345

Product name: Apple iCam


dsfdsf<br />sdfsdfsd<br />sdfsdfsdf&nbsp;&nbsp; sdfsdfsdfdsf

It was a bug.
We have fixed it in release 1.13 (nop 3.90 and 4.00).
