Missing address lines, first name and last name?

Hello guys, we've installed your amazon import orders plugin.
Unfortunately the address data are missing in the imported orders.
The plugin import just City, Postalcode and Country, We're missing address lines, first name and last name.

The issue could be related to Amazon PII Level
