Zip (Postal Code) with hyphen?

The plugin Table Rate Shipping works with postal codes outside the US such as 8554-025? if so, how can I use "Zip (Postal Code) from" and "Zip (Postal Code) to" fields to restrict the range of postal code.

I did the new release, try it.
