nop 3.70 and using mobile phone

I'm interested in this LoginWithEmail plugin. we want to use Username for phone number registration&login (mobile phone is most common and most popular in China/Asia)

As you mention it is compatible with NopCommerce 3.80, 3.90,
Is it also compatible with nC 3.70, which we operate?
