Hi,

I am using 3.6 version of Smart Campaign plugin in my website.

All the campaigns are created properly. Mails are also working fine. Products are getting added.

But 3 problems that I am facing are:

1) None of the tokens are working in the body of campaign i.e. %SmartCampaignOrder.WriteReview(s)% is display as %SmartCampaignOrder.WriteReview(s)% even after sending the mail.

2) What will be the value of these tokens and clarify from where the value of these tokens are fetched:
-->%SmartCampaign.Product(s)%
-->%Order.Product(s)%


3)
--> I couldn't find the way as to how emails will be automatically sent to customers after they have made a purchase ?

--> There is an option for product mapping after campaign is created but the products that we map in plugin is selected by admin. So, how come this campaign get to know  which customer has ordered which product and send a review mail for same product ?

--> How will it map review for that particular product since this plugin doesn't know which customer has ordered which product ?



Now if we have to configure the campaign to send review mail for all individual orders, then this plugin is of no use. It will be a waste of time downloading and configuring it for each order that we get.

We planed to use this token only with template for Orders... but you are right. It's a good idea to add support of this token to all templates..

%SmartCampaign.Product(s)% - products which were attached to this campaign.
%Order.Product(s)% - products from the order for Automatic Emails To Buyers.

I can't understand you.
a) You can create new campaign for all orders or orders with selected products...
b) You can set delay time for each campaign. Example. Send e-mail after 5 days after purchase.

One thing that should be considered as well.

--> None of the tokens are fetching values i.e. %Order.CustomerFullName% , %NewsLetterSubscription.DeactivationUrl% , %Order.OrderURLForCustomer% , %SmartCampaignOrder.WriteReview(s)%  are displaying same as they are. None of them are showing values of token in mails.  How to resolve this ?

For example :

%Order.CustomerFullName% is displayed as %Order.CustomerFullName% in mail too.

%NewsLetterSubscription.DeactivationUrl% is displayed as %NewsLetterSubscription.DeactivationUrl% in mail too.

%Order.OrderURLForCustomer% is displayed as %Order.OrderURLForCustomer% in mail too.

%SmartCampaignOrder.WriteReview(s)% is displayed as %SmartCampaignOrder.WriteReview(s)% in mail too.


Please reply soon so that i may test the plugin and purchase the full version.

What type of campaign do you use?
I added order's tokens only for "Automatic Emails To Buyers"...
I think that you are right... you can use this token for another types too...

No, I can't repeat this problem.... but I added new features. Thank you.

1. Download new release from our site.
2. Replace plugin folder (all files) and restart you site.
3. Create new campaign "Automatic e-mails...". set "For all product" or set special products.
Add all tokens on message template.
4. Set "Send via" 1 minute.
5. If you have multistore you should check the STORE. (I created orders in one store, but campaign was created for another store, and I thought that I found the error).
5. Create new order and change  its payment status with new value "Paid"
6. Open the campaign and select the last tab "Messages". Do you see new message?
7. Wait two minutes and open the nop task list. Find the task "Smart campaign" and press the button "Run".
8. Check e-mail body.

Do it and write about result.

I will purchase the plugin for my store in US.

I had one doubt, can you answer that ?

Actually I have a friend in India, he has also interest in this plugin and wants to buy it. But i can see the price and currency in USD. Can that be changed to INR so that he can initiate the payment ?

Secondly can you offer some discount for my friend so that he can buy this plugin immediately without any hesitation. He told $40 would cost him more, and so he asked for some discount coupon or lowered price.

Yes. Our payment system converts USD in any local currency. We use 2Checkout service.
