On the first page "Export" enable the last parameter "Export Tier prices".
I realized my mistake.
I enabled this parameter by default.
I did new release try it.

Version 2.08 - April 05, 2018
Version 1.15 - April 05, 2018

+ added new feature "export only tiers prices" as a table (you can select the type of format if you need to export only tier prices)
+ added new date format. The new format is 'yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss'

v.1.16  is not working for me.

Using the Export feature with the settings: SKU, Create Header line, checked all pricing checkboxes and selected All tier prices in one row format.

The file exported with 'n/a' instead of blank for the NULL fields.

Importing the same file with the settings: SKU, Skip header line, checked all pricing checkboxes and checked Remove old tier Prices; does not work.

I'll email the test import file and the log.

It's good.
We use n/a (not available)  if tier price doesn't have  parameter (NULL value).
Before we used  empty value and It was difficult to understand we this parameter has value NULL (empty).
May internal services use n/a if parameter doesn't have value.
If you want to import this CSV file plugin will understand n/a  as NULL value.

I think it's better for you to use format with 'Each Tier price in new Row'
It's easy to change them.

Would be nice to include the Product Name in the Export as an optional field.

Thanks.

I did new release and add new feature for Export Tab 'Export extra parameters'.
Plugin will export the name of product and URL of product in admin mode.

There's an issue.

For fields that are empty, they need to be set as empty values in the CSV.

Say, I want to export these fields:

Sku  Price  PriceCost  OldPrice  TierPrices  Name of product  Url

But some of my records do not have TierPrices.  The exported row looks like this:

NCEVKP-001A600,99.94,0,0,"Kraft Envelopes",http://URL.com/Envelope,

The correct way should be:

NCEVKP-001A600,99.94,0,0,,"Kraft Envelopes",http://URL.com/Envelope,

Notice the blank value after the second zero.

I'll will email you my exported data.  If you open it in excel you will see what I mean.

FYI: You may need to remove the trailing comma in the exported row.  It's not needed.
