How It Works
- Install and activate — install the plugin in your nopCommerce instance and navigate to the Yotpo Reviews configuration page under the FoxNetSoft admin menu group.
- Enter your Yotpo credentials — paste your Yotpo App Key and Secret Key from the Yotpo dashboard, then select which product field to use as the Yotpo product identifier.
- Enable and position widgets — toggle on the widgets you want (badge, star ratings, product reviews, carousels, conversion tracking) and assign each to a widget zone in your storefront layout.
- Widgets appear on the storefront — the Yotpo JavaScript is injected into the page head and each enabled widget renders in its assigned zone, pulling live data from your Yotpo account.
- Orders sync automatically — when a customer completes a paid purchase, the plugin sends order and product data to Yotpo via the Core API v3. Yotpo uses this data to send post-purchase review request emails to the customer.
