How It Works

  3. Customers submit requests: Shoppers see the request button on the relevant product, category, or manufacturer page, fill in the form, and submit their inquiry — with an optional file attachment and CAPTCHA if configured.
  4. Notifications are sent automatically: On submission, email notifications go out to the configured recipients — the customer receives a confirmation, and the store owner or vendor receives an alert.
  5. Admin manages and responds: Your team reviews incoming requests from the admin panel, updates the status, adds internal comments, and sends reply emails directly to the customer.
