Having trouble setting up imports.(Setup pictures lead to dead links)
I keep running into a check connection error.
I'm running NOPcommerce 4.2 on Microsoft Azure.

I am connecting to FTP's that both return the following while logging in using filezilla
"Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS."

I didn't understand you.
Did you try to download csv file from Azure using FTP?

Nop is running as a webapp on azure. Not sure if that could cause connection issues or if I just have the wrong parameters entered in your extension.

And plugin can't read csv from FTP?

Correct. It keeps returning the following error.
"CheckConnection. importTemplate.Id=1"

Is it only one message in the plugin log file?

Can you try to connect to FTP and check if you use passive mode or not.
Pay attention
FTPS != SFTP
They are different protocol.

Have it set to FTP passive.

Take me several hours. I'll check on my Azure this feature.

I added new notification.
Download the new release, replace all files and restart your store.
Try to check FTP connection.
What did you see in the report?

Not sure if the new release just replaces the file in the available downloads, could you add the version numbers to the download links from here forward?

Currently working on the task of replacing the files now.

Ok so I ran the new version. Same parameters I had in the initial version and the new return is this.

The FTP/FTPS connection works.
