Does the plugin work with all uploaded images or just catalog (category, product, etc.) images?

For example, if I upload an image using the TinyMCE editor for a blog post, news post, topic page, etc., will those images get converted to WebP?

The plugin works with all jpg/png files, from theme folders too.
You can add the static picture on the topic page and WebPicture plugin will create the copy in webp picture format.
