I am on version 4.10. Here are some screenshots from my campaign. I've turned on debugging and I'll email the file to you as soon as I get it.

I set up a manual campaign to send to anyone who's order total was $300 or more, but when I hit "Send Mass Email" it queues 0. What am I doing wrong?
