Hello again-

On our website, our default email is one that is not monitored (Do NOT Reply), so when people directly respond to the smartcampaign by replying, we are not aware.

I'd like to suggest for the next release of this plugin, that you please include the ability for admin to specify the send "FROM address" and "FROM name" for each campaign.

Thanks!

For sake of simplicity, I am thinking just a drop-down box listing each of the currently configured system email accounts to choose from, but even just a text box would be helpful.

like:

Use special FROM address when sending:   Yes/No checkbox

If checked.....
show drop-down or text box

First I want to say this plugin is an excellent way to segment our customers, and we love it!
We are sending too many emails from our site with some campaigns because the list is getting so big.

Because the plugin is so powerful at filtering customers based on previous purchases or interest in particular products, we still want to use it to generate the list of emails to send the campaign to.

I would like to request a small feature for this plugin.

For example, when we need to send a campaign which we know will have many thousands of recipients, we would prefer to send the emails from a 3rd party email sender, like MailChimp or ConstantContact so that we do not exceed the maximum relays allowed by our host, and so that there is no risk of our domain being blacklisted.

So....if there was a button at the top of the screen, like this

If admin clicks this button, instead of sending campaign from nop, a pop-up window with comma-separated list of email addresses appears so that we can copy/paste into 3rd party screen...or maybe better for everybody to just save as .txt file so they can import into 3rd party system...either way would be great!

Hello again!

The new feature for automatic emails after purchase is an EXCELLENT tool for automated customer follow-ups and product review solicitations. We love it!

I have another idea for this plugin which could make it even more valuable:

In our business, we sell many products with multiple possible variants.

We sell many products in "Size 10 - Left", or "Size 5 - Right", etc....
But, for example, we do NOT sell many "Size 7 - Left"...so after some time passes, we have too many "Size 7 - Left" still on our warehouse shelves. I want to send smart campaigns to only those customers who purchased a particular product variant, like "Size 7 - Left"

Also, I am always looking for opportunities to cross-target customers who purchased particular products. I think it would be a smart idea to allow admins to include tokens that would display the "cross-sell" and/or "related products" and/or "associated products" (with photos) within the smart campaign message body.

Hello again-

I have an idea for a new feature on the SmartCampaigns plugin.
It would be very useful to have a token available which can display the SUM of all reward points for the customers.

For example, we send Automatic email after purchase to ask the customer to return to our site and review the product(s) which they purchased. In that email, we also want to include a message to the customer informing them of their Reward Point balance, like this:

Don't forget, you have a total balance of %RewardPoints.Total% Reward Points, and can spend them when your total reaches 3,000!

And another possible feature to go with this one...
It would require another token %RewardPoints.Difference%
...which displays the currency value of "RewardPointsSystemRequirement - RewardPoints.Total"
(the difference between the minimum points spending amount and the customer's total of reward points)

And, if we could configure a new Campaign like this:
For all Customers

New filter for where clause - reward points total > X

This would allow us to send an email to every customer which has almost enough points to spend.
Example:

Dear %Customer.FullName%,
You have a total balance of %RewardPoints.Total% reward points, which means you only need to spend another %RewardPoints.Difference% to be able to spend your points!

Thanks,
Steve

Can you explain me about
%RewardPoints.Difference%

Do you plan to use MinimumRewardPointsToUse as RewardPointsSystemRequirement?

MinimumRewardPointsToUse
Minimum reward points to use
Customers won't be able to use reward points before they have X amount of points. Set to 0 if you do not want to use this setting.

The currency value of "RewardPointsSystemRequirement - RewardPoints.Total" will be negative...

YES, you are correct...

MinimumRewardPointsToUse - RewardPoints.Total   = X points

This will only show how many more points they need to have.
But, I want to tell customers exactly how much more money they need to spend in order to reach the MinimumRewardPointsToUse:

%RewardPoints.Difference%

Also, to clarify:

Type of Campaign:  For all customers
Customer has  > or <   ______ reward points

The admin can choose greater than or less than.

Reason:
Admin can send messages like this:
----------------------------------------------

if  >

Congratulations!
You have earned %RewardPoints.Total% reward points!
You can now use them to pay for your next purchase!
We have big sale...blah blah blah..

------------------------------------------------

if <

Hello-
You have earned %RewardPoints.Total% reward points!
That is almost enough reward points to be able to use them to pay!
You only need to spend %RewardPoints.Difference% more, so visit our website...
