    Hello!

    I am partially modifying the feed submission by having the setting of the individual product as "inherited", but then I insert in the "product URL" field (when I open the specific product EDIT in product filter).

    I can also change the "description" that goes below the tag line when it comes up for a search.

    I set the product URL to a specific Landing Page so I can warm up the prospect.

    What I have not been able to adjust is the "thumbnail" image that is on our NOP product page. Can this also be changed at this level?

    the URL is a landing page.

    I don't think this is a good idea, but this is what the channel group sent me. I have suggested this is a bad idea as every promotion would need a unique tracking.

    I have seen the UMT code before ...

    I had asked several questions on the smartCampaign specifically to use with abandon carts for visitors who can in as "guest". You answered several questions as follows:

    >1. Do I manually need to send these...
    You can send e-mails manually... or export e-mail addresses to external mail services.

    I can add support sending e-mails after day, week,...
    I was a good idea... We developed this feature for sending information about discount for products from "abandon cart". Example. You have special price for one product and you want to inform customers about it.

    I want to hear your opinion.
    Example.
    We created new campaign "abandon cart" and wanted to send e-mail after one week after adding product to the cart.
    a)Customer added product and after one week he received e-mail. Customer came back to your site and added new product to cart. We must send new e-mail again after one week. We must send all products from the cart or only open product.
    b)Customer added product and after one week he received e-mail. Customer came back to your site and changed the number of product, left old product, but changes quantity. We must send new e-mail again after one week.


    >2. it is not picking up the guest IP information, or what  ..
    Can you explain me this questing?


    We tried to send to:

    Type: abandon cart
    Number of orders: 0
    Products: "all" checked

    when we send mass email we get message


    0 emails have been successfully queued.

    I understand "guest" do not leave email address. I had understood you mentioned you could pickup other details to be able to send message.
