Stamps.com will take you Integration ID. If you want to test plugin, stamps.com can take a test account too.
Don't forgot to ask stamps.com to add your IP address to whitelist. It's important.
An one important note. You should enable "auto purchase" in your stamps.com settings.

This template has url for each product from the order.

This is standard NopCommerce token.
This template is without urls for products.
I can change logic if you have another good idea.
I recommend to upgrade plugin.
