Download the archive from our site and replace List.cshtml from the folder Views/ProductRewardsAdmin.
You needn't restart the site. Replace the file and refresh the page.

I'll add new tokens now for all versions.
But I'll add new feature "Conditions" only for Nop 3.80.

About conditions:
You use nop 3.40. Now Nop 3.80 uses a new css style in Admin mode. It's difficult to develop two different screen.

I'll add the first token and the second token for you. But I'll add the "conditions" in nop 3.80.
