When nop tries to send automated emails ... in the Message Logs listing. However I did do some troubleshooting and even if I disable the nopIPFilter plugin the issue persists, so it probably is not an issue with nopIPFilter.
After installing nopIPFilter Plugin our nopCommerce site no longer is able to send email through smtp (hosted by GoDaddy). Error indicates "An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions" with IP addresses all within the US which are allowed. Any help would be appreciated.
In the Configure screen there is a button for updating the GeoLite databases. I click the button but nothing apparent happens. Is it really updating or do I need to go to that web site and download and then upload into my shops file manager?'
How do I find out what the right IP Address is to enter here? When I do IP Config I have more than one listed. I don't want to be locked out of my nopCommerce system if I enter the wrong IP Address and then enable this plugin.
