The plugin is checking to see if the package has been delivered and is setting the Delivered date, but the shipping status stays as Shipped and doesn't change to Delivered.

The Order Status does get changed to Complete correctly.

Should the Shipping Status also change?

We purchased the NopMSSQLProvider plugin last November for version 3.60.  We have upgraded to version 3.80.  Do we need to download a new version of the plugin?
