I have just bought your plugin. Works fine. Thanks. We are using it for NopCommerce 3.3

There for we quote quite often (printing industry) for our customers, it is  important for us to have some more info about the customer. We will offer quotes mainly for registered customers.

I would like to ask for a few easy add-ons:

1/ Extend ProductRequestForQuotationModel for all customer fields (ID, Customer Role, ... )

2/ In the form does not work Name - still showing email

3/ Phone from the customer profile does not showing.

We will need to send with quote form: Customer Name, Surname, ID, Customer Roles in his profile.
