I think I found a bug.
I am running nopCommerce version 3.40.
I installed the plugin and configured it with no problems, but the "Check Delivery Status" button which I expect to see in order and shipment screen is not there. I tried clearing cache and restarting application, and I verified that the views are installed, but still I don't see it.

I completely removed the new plugin and restarted my server, now everything is working again.
I am still very curious...do you know why/how this could happen?
It is me again, but with my boss's login.
I now realize that all of my foxnetsoft plugins were affected in the same way.
I can access the configuration screens, but I cannot access any lists...always page not found...and no errors in the log.
I set up a Smart Campaign to send emails to customers who bought certain products. To test it, I created an order and purchased one of the products today. I set the order as paid for and completed in nopcommerce. I then went back to my Smart Campaign plugin and set the date parameters to start and end today. There are also 3 other orders today that have the right products in them, that should have gotten the email as well. However, I did not get the email, and my other 3 customers did not either. Also, the email is not sitting in the system message queue. What is wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Thalia
I've tried watching your youtube video on Smart Campaigns on various formats, but there is no sound. I've tried different browsers, a table, a laptop and a smart phone, to no avail. Can you please check to see if it is functioning?
