By using "conditions", there will be other possible conditions that I think admins will appreciate...

1. Customer has spent a total of  >  $______.

Example message:
Hello %Customer.FirstName%,
Because you have spent more than %Customer.HasSpentTotal% on our website, we are sending you this special Coupon Code for Loyal Customers!


2. Customer lives in the state/province of  ___________.

Example message:
Hello %Customer.FirstName%,
We are sending this special coupon code to all residents of %Customer.State%.


3.  Customer lives in the country of  ___________.

Example message:
Hello %Customer.FirstName%,
We are sending this special coupon code to all residents of %Customer.Country%.

About conditions:
You use nop 3.40. Now Nop 3.80 uses a new css style in Admin mode. It's difficult to develop two different screen.

I'll add the first token and the second token for you. But I'll add the "conditions" in nop 3.80.

+ added new token %SmartCampaignOrder.WriteReview(s)%. You can add this token in your messages and customers will have quick links for writing reviews.
+ changed OrderProductTemplate.cshtml and ProductListTemplate.cshtml (It's important)

I had asked several questions on the smartCampaign specifically to use with abandon carts for visitors who can in as "guest". You answered several questions as follows:

You can send e-mails manually... or export e-mail addresses to external mail services.

I can add support sending e-mails after day, week,...
I was a good idea... We developed this feature for sending information about discount for products from "abandon cart". Example. You have special price for one product and you want to inform customers about it.

I want to hear your opinion.
Example.
We created new campaign "abandon cart" and wanted to send e-mail after one week after adding product to the cart.
a)Customer added product and after one week he received e-mail. Customer came back to your site and added new product to cart. We must send new e-mail again after one week. We must send all products from the cart or only open product.
b)Customer added product and after one week he received e-mail. Customer came back to your site and changed the number of product, left old product, but changes quantity. We must send new e-mail again after one week.


>2. it is not picking up the guest IP information, or what  ..
Can you explain me this questing?


We tried to send to:

Type: abandon cart
Number of orders: 0
Products: "all" checked

when we send mass email we get message


0 emails have been successfully queued.

I understand "guest" do not leave email address. I had understood you mentioned you could pickup other details to be able to send message.

Let me know what I missed.

Yes.
Each customer has extra parameters in GeneralAttribute table (registered and Guests).
If Guest tried to pay, example, he wrote all parameters, e-mail address, home address and pressed the button "Pay". NopCommerce saved these parameters in  GeneralAttribute table and customer would be redirected on the page of payment system...

After that plugin can read this e-mail address. If guest didn't try to pay we can't get his e-mail address.


I can't understand why plugin didn't find any customers...
Do you have sandbox or test site? I want to connect to you and check. I can call using Skype or teamviewer..
