in nopcommerce 3,9 is a field in product which is Availability Range. We can place a value to this field when we allow backorders. So if this possible to use this field in xml as well

This could be done with an if statement in convert.

I added new token "availabilityrange" - Availability range for nop 3.90-4.00.
Try it.
I didn't change the release number.

No, I didn't find the best solution from the box.
But I noticed that you can do external plugin for FeedManager plugin and calculate this new value.
I added new features one year ago.

https://www.foxnetsoft.com/documentation-nopfeedmanager#q14

If you can't do it I'll do it for you, but we'll have static values in the new DLL file.
What do you think about it?

I cannot tell from what I have read. Can you automatically adjust the sales price of a product by either a percentage or fixed amount? For example, add 12% to the NOP price  as the Amazon price. We sell our products on Amazon at a higher price than on our website.

Yes, you can add(remove) percent (ex 12%) for all prices for new feed file.
Each feed template has a parameter Price Markup. Install plugin free and try.
Create a feed for Amazon and check it. Default value 0.

Another feature you can use static price (overwrite nop price) for one product or all products from one category.
Plugin allows to change values for one product/category.
