How can we add the recipient message as a comment to the special price cart. We use the URL but not the mail notification and we want to inform the user on the cart-screen?

We plan you use this plugin only for URL for page with discount prices... The store's owner can send e-mail for promotional with this URL using another our plugin SmartCampaigns.

But you are right. it's a good idea to have promotional message on special offer page. We'll do it.
What nopCommerce version do you use?
