Installation and configuring plug-in NopNegativeFee

You can configure plugin easy. After installing open list of discounts.

Create a new discount

Set Discount type and Discount percentage

Select tab Requirements and chose Discount requirement type

Select shipment or payment method for negative fee. You can select only payment or only shipment methods.
