Hi,

I have tested this plugin but one feature is missing there that in case if user have been logged in then no need to enter email or phone as just needed to enter order number - verify captcha and good to go

I need this plugin but this missing feature is confusing me

1. in case user have logged in then no need to enter email or phone

2. logged user can check only orders related to him (security feature)

What nop version do you use?
I'll such feature on plugin configure page.
You will enable it and plugin will have this secure protection.

Im using trial on version 3.9 and didnt found these features like disable email verification and user can see their orders only

Download release 1.01.
I added new parameter on plugin configure page 'Enable simple mode for registered customers'.
Registered customer must put only order number and plugin will check if this order was created by this customer.

Thanks a lot for prompt response

Its working now as just needed below things

1. captcha enabled but not working
2. in simple mode in case user have different addresses with different emails then it should search in customer profile to match the  as currently its matching only primary email but incase customer placed order with different address/email its not showing anything

1. About capture.
I thought that it's not resonable to use capture for registered customers. Customer passed verification.

will be waiting for option 2 so that ill purchase plugin as its very useful for anyone

I added new feature in release 1.02.
If customer is registered plugin will check if this order was created this customer or this order was this customer e-mail address.

I have purchased the same Order #33561

its perfect but still there is one error when we are using another email in shipping address its giving same error as earlier

Needed to be linked with primary email and ignore whatever the email mentioned in shipping address because shipping address email is keep changing always

How plugin does work now?

If the user is registered and this user created this order => display information about this order.
If the user is registered and this user didn't create this order => plugin will check shipping address e-mail value and billing  address e-mail value. If this value has the customer e-mail address => display information about this order.
